Strus & Associates Inc. is a change management consultancy that assists organizations in achieving "Excellence". Established in 1989, the firm has built a strong team of experts and partners with skills in change management, management system implementation, and organizational assessment. Our commitment is to facilitate your development of the principles, tools, skills, and processes that will ensure your attainment of an "Excellence" status.

Our clients are senior executives and senior managers interested in changing the culture and the processes of an organization to be aligned to their customers/clients. Our clients also want to implement "best practices" to ensure the attainment of measurable, balanced results that add up to being regarded by all stakeholders as "Excellent".

Strus & Associates Inc.'s approach is to apply the leadership principles of Guide, Direct, Coach, and Support to the leaders themselves.

We guide you by providing a 1 day Executive Retreat on the Journey to Excellence.

We will then direct you to the next logical step, which is the acquisition of baseline information on where you are relative to the goal of being Excellent.

We will guide you in the development of your long term plan for Excellence, which will include organizational requirements for structure, roles and responsibilities, leadership, customer, process, human resources, and planning.

We will support your education needs by providing individual, ½ to 1 day best practice sessions on:

leadership and planning processes

process management

human resource management processes

customer processes

At any time we will provide custom coaching to an individual executive or a group of executives.

The Leadership team is on the road to Excellence. They feel the need to align their plans and priorities to their goals of Excellence.

Our approach to supporting the successful implementation of Excellence is to provide the critical tools, processes, and resources necessary for success. We:

design awareness and education sessions for all employees

develop management scorecards

design customer complaint processes

design, collect and analyze customer data

The organization is either planning to pursue Excellence or it is already on the journey. Management needs information on how the organization is performing relative to other Excellent organizations. It also needs to know where to apply more emphasis in the mosaic of its change efforts. Strus & Associates Inc. provides an 8 step process to measure an organization's current state relative to world-class measures of Excellence. The outputs of the validated assessment process are; the measurement of where the organizations results, approaches and deployment are compared to world-class organizations, as well as "vital few" recommendations to the executive group as to where to apply resources over the next 18 months.

Strus & Associates Inc. can also provide a facilitated assessment with some or no validation to a functional management team. The outputs are also a measure of performance excellence and the identification of vital few priorities.

Call center assessment is rapidly becoming a must do for those organizations having this type of operation. Strus & Associates Inc.'s approach is to conduct an assessment based on Excellence criteria to determine key opportunities for improvement.

Should the organization want to develop self-sufficiency in assessment, Strus & Associates Inc. will train individuals in a 3 day course on the knowledge of the assessment criteria, and in a 2 day course on the skills of being an assessor. Customized, assessment process understudy offerings can be provided.
